Bring a friend, grab a drink, and join some of today’s most interesting performers onstage at Miller Theatre on select Tuesday evenings.
The Hands Free is an acoustic quartet that creates “a beautifully eclectic mix of sounds that depict an immense variety of places and emotions—all while maintaining the warmth and spontaneity of an impromptu jam session” (Second Inversion). Making their Miller debut, the group features four unique and imaginative composer/performers—James Moore (guitar & banjo), Caroline Shaw (violin), Nathan Koci (accordion), and Eleonore Oppenheim (bass).
All concerts start at 6 p.m. Admission is on a first-come, first-served basis, and doors open at 5:30 p.m. No tickets required. Come early to guarantee your seats onstage.
Major support for Pop-Up Concerts is provided by the National Endowment for the Arts and the Dow Jones Foundation.
