The bass clarinet takes the lead in this Pop-Up featuring two of today’s most acclaimed and versatile musicians. While this beautifully expressive instrument rarely sees the spotlight, it possesses an incredible array of sonic possibilities inspiring many contemporary composers. An eclectic program includes the world premiere, Miller Theatre commission of Camila Agosto’s work for two bass clarinets.
All concerts start at 6 p.m. Admission is on a first-come, first-served basis, and doors open at 5:30 p.m.
