Spring Soirée

Spring Soirée

To Benefit Miller Theatre

Tuesday, May 17, 2016, 6:30pm

This event has ended.

Join us as we unveil our exciting plans for the 2016-17 season, and help support our adventurous, one-of-a-kind programs. This year’s Spring Soirée is a festive cocktail party featuring an exclusive performance by Grammy Award-winning flutist Tim Munro, formerly of eighth blackbird. Munro has recently embarked on a solo career, and his performance at Miller's Soirée offers a sneak preview of his newest project. He is joined by composer and vocalist Kate Soper, as the pair perform Soper's dramatic tour-de-force duet Only The Words Themselves Mean What They Say

Your contribution to the Soirée can help support special projects, commissions, or artist residencies. All supporters will receive tickets to the party as well as special access and acknowledgment, tailored to your interests, throughout the coming season. Giving levels start at $250, and all contributions are fully tax-deductible. Click here to download a reply card, which may be returned by mail with your gift.

For further information, or to request a printed invitation, please contact Caitlin Sherman at 212.851.1749 or cs3196@columbia.edu.

This year's party is generously hosted by Stephanie French and Armand Bartos.
