| Want to learn more about John Luther Adams' Inuksuit? Miller Theatre has launched a special "paperless program notes" website at www.millertheatre.com/inuksuit where you can view a preview video, listen to audio program notes (including interviews with the composer and music director), download the podcast, and read more about the piece and participants. The website is designed to be mobile-friendly, so visitors can access information while in the park by using their smartphones. For visitors without smartphones, audio program notes will also be available starting Tuesday by calling a special toll-free number from any cell phone. Signs and volunteers in and around the park will provide the number to call. Designed to honor the environmental spirit of Adams' work, both options provide practical ways for visitors to learn more about the piece while avoiding the negative environmental impact of printing and distributing thousands of paper programs. |
