Composer Portraits - This series exposes you to music that isn't being performed anywhere else, including multiple world premieres and commissions. Each concert in the series focuses on the work of a single composer, giving you the opportunity to connect directly with the music and artists of our time, to expand your knowledge, and to form your own opinion. Be part of one of New York's most vital music audiences and discover for yourself the constantly changing landscape of contemporary music.
Early Music - This series celebrates the glories of the music of the Renaissance. In specially chosen venues throughout the city, this series matches the sound to the space, presenting concerts in the acoustics for which they were initially intended. As the exclusive New York City presenter of The Tallis Scholars, home to the acclaimed Vox Vocal Ensemble, and host to many other talented artists, Miller Theatre invites you to discover and enjoy the wonders of Early Music.
Bach and the Baroque - This series investigates the music of the great Baroque master Johann Sebastian Bach (1685-1750). Featuring some of the finest Baroque players in the world, this series never fails to educate and delight.
